Is 150 no longer used to contact Virgin media? My home phone has been mostly dead for the past week.The website takes you round in a loop - useless.
The automatic fault checker says all is OK - not true.

I'm very sorry to hear that you're facing some landline service issues at the moment. I've checked over things on our systems for you and I'm unable to detect any faults on the line to explain this.
What happens exactly when you attempt to make a call? Is there no dial tone? Are you able to receive calls? If not, do you know what happens when someone tries to call the landline on their end? Have you been able to test an alternative landline handset to ensure it's not an equipment issue?
