Home phone not working

On our wavelength

Hi I had my phone switched to the new fibre setting on Weds this week. There wasn’t any issues but today I cannot receive calls but am able to make them. 

Any thoughts. 

The overseas call centre haven’t been able to resolve the issue.

Thank you for making this post regarding the landline issues you have been experiencing since the switchover, I'm sorry to hear you are unable to receive calls at the moment.
