Home phone not working

Since switching back to virgin after a failed install from another provider I haven’t had a home phone line. I’m currently being billed for one but I’ve been through all the troubleshooting but still no luck with even a dial tone. Can anyone shed any light?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your landline. 

 

Are you able to let me know, is your landline set up via the traditional wall socket or via the hub?
