Hi, Broadband and Home Phone went down this morning, Broadband came back but not the home phone, no dial tone, tried alternative phone, also not working, so definitely not the phone, must be a fault on the line external to the property.
Ran web based diagnostic test which just reports result inconclusive and gives a number to call, tried number on mobile but just got stuck in endless loop.
Is there a chat line /email you can use to contact Virgin media for help? this really is not good enough in the 21st century, Coronovirus or not!
