Our home phone hasn't had a dial tone for over a month. I can call the number and hear ringing, but the phone doesn't ring out. I have attached a different phone, but still the same result.
I tried the online help which said there were no issues! As it is a phone problem it is not possible to book an engineer appointment online, so I have been trying to get through on the phone and chat. Just no response from Virgin at all - just left hanging for hours on end.
