Home phone not working

Our home phone hasn't had a dial tone for over a month. I can call the number and hear ringing, but the phone doesn't ring out. I have attached a different phone, but still the same result.

I tried the online help which said there were no issues! As it is a phone problem it is not possible to book an engineer appointment online, so I have been trying to get through on the phone and chat. Just no response from Virgin at all - just left hanging for hours on end.

Can someone from Virgin please help.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your landlines. 

 

Are you able to let me know if you your phoneline is connected via the hub or the traditional landline wall socket?

We are going to need to get an engineer to come and look at this for you.
