Our phone has not been working for a week now. It rings, but when we answer it it just keeps ringing! We have been told the line is ok, where do we go from here?
Same here, mines been nearly two weeks. I've changed phones, tested many times. Virgin says service is fine in my area but there is no dial tone whatsoever...

Sorry to hear that you landline has not been working. Have you tried your online help for landline here?
Can you clarify what you meant by still ringing after picking up, do you mean on the caller's side? Are you able to make outbound calls OK?
