Home phone not working for nearly a month. Been trying to get through on emails ,chat and everything available. Got through today to then put through to repairs where I held on for over an hour with no-one answering had to hang up. This is happening all the time. This phone has to be connected to an alarm my mother in law has for emergencys. So could you please help. Theres no dial tone but if you phone her home you can hear it ringing on you own phone but not hers. We have tried 2 sets of phones. Same result on both. So can you please help.
A warm welcome to our Community Forum TIMMALLOY and I'm sorry to hear about the home phone not working. May I ask whether this is your own phone or your mother in laws? Can you also tell us whether the phone plugs into the wall socket or to the back of the Hub?
