Home phone stopped working mid call. All handsets showing message pleae check phone connection. Base set is connected. Tried to use online diagnostic route but needed to know phones colour code - by dialling a number from home phone- doh!
Have been on hold for ages .

Sorry to hear that you've had landline issues. I've run remote diagnostics and our checks show the line to be OK, Our records show that you contacted us yesterday. Is everything OK on your end?
Initially tried to speak to Virgin on mobile but kept on hold for 30 minutes so I gave up.
Virgin then called back but caller could not resolve issue passed call on to different team but I was left waiting. After 40 minutes I hung up . Checked phone at 11 pm and was working.
