Home phone not working

For over a couple a months I can not do or receive any calls from my landline. I only have it to call my mom (85 years old lady) abroad, that doesn't have internet. At the begining I thought that could be a problem with her phone. It wasn't because she could talk to anyone else but me, then I thought that could be my cordless home phone so I bought a new one. Now I can see that the new one doesn't work as the old one.

Contact Virgin media when you have a problem, it is a nightmare!

The worst customer service you can imagine.

As soon as my contract ends I will return to my previous provider. Just another month I believe.

I am fed up with Virgin. Problems with home phone and to contact someone

A couple days ago I post my complain here about having problems with my landline at home. No one answered.

Having a chance of talking with someone from customer service at Virgin is like water in the desert. A mirage!

I am really fed up with Virgin.

You will have to wait for a VM staff member gets around to the post can take a  few days as they deal with them oldest first.

I am sorry to hear that you've been having ongoing issues with your landline. You mentioned that you're unable to make or receive calls, do you still have a dial tone or not at all?
