For over a couple a months I can not do or receive any calls from my landline. I only have it to call my mom (85 years old lady) abroad, that doesn't have internet. At the begining I thought that could be a problem with her phone. It wasn't because she could talk to anyone else but me, then I thought that could be my cordless home phone so I bought a new one. Now I can see that the new one doesn't work as the old one.
Contact Virgin media when you have a problem, it is a nightmare!
The worst customer service you can imagine.
As soon as my contract ends I will return to my previous provider. Just another month I believe.
