Rang VM (on personal mobile at great cost) and on hold for 31 minutes before speaking to advisor. Got cut off when transferred to supervisor. VM called me back on broken phone line so couldn't discuss. Back on mobile phone on hold again.

I really am sorry to hear about your overall experience when you contacted our customer service helpline and for the landline issues, I can imagine that this must have been quite frustrating.
