My phone is once again not working, rang 16.01.2021 at 1300 was told someone would ring me within 24 hours, still waiting. Phone issues now since August 2020

Land line issues also broadband since Hub 4 installed

thanks for getting back to us, can you please expand on your issues, is your landline connected via your hub? Is there a dial tone? does it dial out? Can you ring out?
