Home phone not recieving calls

Can make outgoing calls fine but not recieving incoming calls. Phone does not ring or show missed call. Caller hears ringing at their end but our phone does nothing. 

Have tried a different phone, different leads etc. No change.

Do you know if this happens on every incoming call received, or is it specific to one number, or perhaps all mobile/landline calls?

Do you know if it is linked to a network please?

It appears to be all incoming calls. Both from mobiles and landlines.

When I click on messages it just says:

An Unexpected Error has occurred.

• Your request failed. Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received the error and this Exception ID: 7CADD4C4.

  Click your browser's Back button to continue.

So there is an issue with your PM inbox which is currently being investigated - hopefully this is resolved ASAP.

Home phone still not receiving calls. No emails from virgin media since Weds.
