Since installing my virgin set up I can’t use the home phone as it has no dial tone no one can ring me and I can’t ring anyone have unplugged it rebooted it and everything else but nothing help please

Is the home phone plugged into the Virgin Media plug or if this plugged into the Hub?
Have you been able to try an alternative handset?
Hi it’s plugged in to the hub I don’t think I have a phone line box
Can we please confirm when you check your online account does the contract list the landline as a service?

If not, please unplug the broadband router, wait two minutes for me. then plug it back in.

Just running further tests, do you have a powered phone/base station? Also have you got another phone to plug in and try? If so for the phone, let me know and I can do the process again 🙂
Yes power bases phone and it worked fine before I changed over so I no it’s not the phone
