Home phone no dial tone, no number

Hi ,I installed new connection tv, broadband, phone, more than a month ago, I didn't get my phone number yet in letter box, as well no dial tone in phone, thanks

Where are you connecting your phone?

You should be connected to the back of the Hub, not any separate phone socket in your home unless you had an engineer connect them to the Hub.

The phone number should have been sent to you via email or text. If you didn't get it you can dial 174 from your line to get it.
