Home phone no dial tone hence no broadband

No dial tone, no internet. When i check status, said Wifi ok, Internet access denied, telephony(disabled).

It has been 3 days. I tried to call virgin helpline, only got machine assistant & its going nowhere. Though saying someone will contact me but none actually.
Can someone help?

I have got appointment with technician between 8-12pm today. Hope he will be here soon
