Home phone - lost number

Hi,

migrated to digital phone line. Lost original home number I’ve had for 15+ years. Contacted customer services- told I would get it back . Nothing!!

I am so sorry to hear your number is lost, with the migration have you come from another provider or was this going from a socket to the lines over the internet?

Hi Zoie,

thanks for your mail- it was moving from socket to internet and virgin has been my phone provider for years.

any help to get back my number would be great

May I ask how you know the numbers gone?
Have you tried to ring the landline from a mobile?
Or is it that the dialing tone is dead?

Hi Ilyas,

no- just told by virgin media of my new number. I immediately called customer services, and they told me they would port my old number but nothing has happened.

any help would be appreciated
