We are having problems with our phone line, I am unable to ring Virgin as unable to do either outgoing or incoming calls, as the line is just noise no tone at all.

we had problems like this a few years ago and it was something to do with the box connection outside, as I am in I’ll health we would use the landline in case of a emergency.

how do I contact them?
