My home phone has no dial tone and is not working. It’s been like that for 6 days.
Its not my phone, as I have tried a new phone in the socket and it’s just the same. All physical connections are solid. And the Virgin media App says there are no problems reported in the area.
my broadband and wifi are working fine.
any help please?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the landline.
I've checked on my end and I can't see any area faults on my end and you have done all the checks so we will investigate this matter further.
