Unable to get hold of anyone at virgin. Our family home phone line is dead and I need to work from home and the WiFi is not working. Please can someone get back to me and let me know if an engineer is working on it
Please can we have an update, this is the 3rd day it’s not been working and I need to work!! I know already the system says it’s 10am now, but what it the actual fault and how do you know it’s connected to my dead line. The customer service system is a joke, all we all want to do is get through to someone on the line and log a call or get an update.
