A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that you're currently experiencing issues your landline and that your unable to make or receive calls.
We will certainly book an engineer if required.
Before we do this, please can you we ask you to try a few basic diagnostics just to eliminate its not the equipment causing the fault first.
Can we if you to try a different handset in the master socket if possible? We also recommend removing any extension sockets or other equipment you have attached to your line, for example fax machines, modems etc.
