Home phone fault

My phone has not worked for over a week.

An engineer called said there is a fault but could not repair it. He left.  Still no phone line

Since then, no word from Virgin.  What happens now?

Hi Gianna1,

 

Sorry to hear that the landline fault is still ongoing despite the engineer visit. Can I ask what did he check and say? I've had a look at your details and cannot see an outage in your area however our Field Teams have access to other types of faults.

 

Did he give you any idea on the type of fault it is and what he would do?

The technician said his "tracer" wasn't working. I've no idea what that means.

Why is your service dept not following up and making another booking?

I will have to make a complaint (another one)

Thanks. I looked at your details to get another tech sent out as you shouldn't have been left like that and can see that an engineer has already been arranged. I'm sorry about the experience so far with fixing your home phone and I've made sure that this second engineer is aware of the experience.
