From yesterday (25th March around 12:00) the home phone stopped working. It displays the message in the subject line but has a very crackly noise when handset picked up. Initially you could dial the home phone from a mobile and it would be ringing on the mobile but not the house phone, any ideas?
Our home phone issue is exactly as you describe and also started on Wednesday, we are in the Wirral near Ellesmere Port. Looks like a system issue somewhere but all checks that I can do via Virgin Help show no issues.
