Home phone adapter

Today i have received a fibre phone adaptor to plug into the hub,i am at a loss on how this can be achievable as i have two phones one in the hall and one upstairs, and the hub is situated at the rear of the TV. Please advise.

I'm sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with the home phone.
The adapter plugs in to the hub and the phone goes in to that, you may need a dual wireless handset for them to work as additional home phone sockets will be on no use.
If you need the hub moved and re-wired please do let us know, and we can make arrangements.
