Mine came through the post, no previous letter, today I noticed land line down don't know for how long but VM were supposed to advise when to start using adapter, I have swapped over today and all working, just in time for mother-in-law to call. I did notice that the router setup web page had changed from Telephony Disabled to Telephony Ready on the home page. Good Luck
