Hi there, our internet/tv/landline is currently with Virgin. i had ordered a new service from Vodafone (CityFibre ) including use of the same landline number. The vodafone service was to be installed on 28.04.22. But i have now cancelled that vodafone order.
I phoned Virgin today to make sure our virgin landline service will continue but i was told the landline number is still scheduled to be ported to Vodafone on 28.04.22. I was told i would have to contact vodafone about this. I have been in touch with vodafone and they told me the oder is cancelled.
I'm extremely worried about losing our landline number or service. I'd be very grateful is someone at virgin can confirm that nothing will happen on 28.04.22. Thank you
