I wonder how I can contact someone to get our home number ported to our new Virgin phone line. When setting up we were told to call and speak to someone so our old number would be kept. But I cannot get through to anyone as of yet. Can anyone help?

We like to install with Virgin Media numbers so we know for sure that the landline service is installer properly and you're existing number isn't affected.
Can I ask whether the landline number in question is still active? As long as it's still an active number, we'll be able to port the number. If you've already notified your old Provider to disconnect your account, please contact them as soon as you can so it remains active just so we can arrange and complete the port. After that you may contact them to disconnect the account.
