I recently moved from Talk Talk to VM and requested my old no. Be transferred. All up and running for a couple of weeks, but moving the no. hasn’t happened. If I cancel my TalkTalk account I’ll lose my old no., so I’m now paying for two services, which is frustrating, given that I’d changed to save money.
understandably, I’ve not been able to contact anyone at VM, so am at a loss as to what to do. I can’t afford to pay for broadband and phone twice.
hope someone can help.
