Home landline has stopped working.

My home landline has stopped working. I have not received a letter with a switch over date. I have plugged it into the router in case it was switched but this isn't working either.

Can anybody help because i can't get anybody on my mobile who can.

Hi @Alan-L thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

Sorry to hear that your landline is not working. I can see you've already tried plugging your handset into your router.  Have you also been able to test another handset with your telephone service?  If that's not possible, please do get back to us and we'll be more than happy to take a look on your behalf.  Also have you seen here? And have you checked for any issues in your area here?

I have tried the phone at the neighbours and is working fine but I still have no landline.
