Home Set Up problems

I've received the home set up kit and I'm not getting any broadband.  The hub is flashing green.  Anyone with any ideas?  I tried calling Virgin but after 10 mins and no answer I gave up.

Hello

Did you call the activation line on 0800 953 9500, when you call have your account number and serial number of the hub available.

I've had a couple of text messages telling me it's been activated so would be expecting the light to go white?

Hello

Excellent, the only thing to try before you are going to require an engineer would be to turn off the hub for 30 and then back on, wait for at least 5 minutes and then light should turn white if that doesn't resolve it then I am afraid only an engineer can resolve.
