I am writing on behalf of my elderly grandmother. Who tried to set up her voicemail service on her own, she called 1571 but did not understand what she needed to do in order to set up her voicemail service which is vital to her as she cannot get to the phone in time to answer calls. Due to her not understanding the instructions she put the phone down and asked me to set up her voicemail. I followed the online instructions but 1571 can only be called once to set it up, is there any way to set up her voicemail?
