We want to cancel our subscription for the home phone because it is taking too much of our money and we don't use it, we also were not told of the renewal as we were planning to cancel it before but automatically without permission your company chose to renew our plan and have requested payment for the home phone landline which we do not use, so I would like to cancel the home phone line subscription and just keep the broadband.
