I have no dial tone and can not make or receive calls. I have run all of the test suggested by the Virgin Media website and it says there are no issues.
It recommends I call 150 but I have no working phone at all???

Can I ask if you've recently been installed or has this issue only just begun recently?
Also, is your phone plugged in via mains or extension lead?
