Home Phone not working

I have no dial tone and can not make or receive calls. I have run all of the test suggested by the Virgin Media website and it says there are no issues.

It recommends I call 150 but I have no working phone at all???

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your landline dial tone looked into, I am sorry for the inconvenience with this issue. We will be more than happy to get this sorted out for you. 

Can I ask if you've recently been installed or has this issue only just begun recently?

Also, is your phone plugged in via mains or extension lead?

I have a link here which can help with No Dial Tone Issues, can you please follow the instructions and let me know what you find out?
