Home Phone not working

I have been trying to get in touch with VM since 18th August online, texting and now on here as cannot get through phoning. My home phone has not been working for awhile and I really need to know why. If VM can check it for me then I know whether its VM issue or the handset. This is getting ridiculous now. Please help!!!

Can we please confirm how your services are doing today? 

 

Are you able to try an alternative handset connected to the line or try your handset on another line?
