Home phone has stopped working. Can't ring anyone and nobody can ring us. We need it to keep in contact with elderly relatives who do not use or call mobiles.
Any help appreciated.

Can you please confirm if you have received an adaptor from us through the post? If so, is your home phone currently connected to your Hub?
Please let us know and we will do all we can to assist further.

I haven't received an adaptor but would not be able to plug my phone into may hub as they are in different rooms.
It is really important we get our phone working asap.
