Unfortunately you cannot use the telco socket in your router as this isn't enabled and to get this enabled you would need to speak to our switchover team on 0800 0529 425 to arrange this.This is available in your area if you wish to change over.
I have been able to locate your account and can see a local issue for broadband and TV but the phone lines should be ok, this would be a separate issue. I have performed some checks and can see that a technician visit would be needed to fix this issue.
