My landline stopped working this morning, I looked at the service status on the website which determined there was a fault. However, this fault was resolved within and hour but my landline still isn't working.
There is no dial tone and if you try and call the number it says "I have dialled an incorrect number" which I haven't.
I called customer services, the lady I spoke to said an engineer had visited earlier (they hadn't) when I informed her of this she said she would book an engineer to call me at 6.30pm (they didn't call). So right now I've got a phone line which doesn't work and I'm paying for a service that I'm unable to use and from the looks of it a number of people are having the same issues.
Is someone able to contact me to get this resolved asap?
