Home phone line has not worked for a few days.
Outgoing - No line available and "line cord error" message.
Incoming - Caller hears normal ring tone. Home phone does not ring.
No changes to set up or new equipment, all connections checked and OK.
Virgin Media hub has been reset.
Thanks for posting. My apologies for the phone line. I have checked the system and no issues are showing. Have you unplugged the phone line and re-plugged it back in the router?
