Home phone line not working since this morning, I checked out the Virgin status page and the "test results were inconclusive". I can't call 150 so called 0333 000 3101 and they redirectly me back the the service staus page. It's not the 1st time this fault has happened, usually after heavy rain or wind.
Sorry to hear about the reoccurring phone line issue. I ran a line-test from here but it came back inconclusive so I'm unsure if this is still a problem for you now. May I ask what's gone wrong specifically - are you unable to make or receive calls? Are there any particular error-messages/tones or is there no dial-tone at all?
I have 2 different analogue handsets running into the same socket. Previous occasions have lasted 1 to 3 days and one time over a 3 weeks because of the Christmas period. Usually the problem is at your junction box.
