I have an existing set up and have been running Broadband, TV, & Phone bundles for 15+ years.
However we have not had a home phone for at least 8 years and have now tried to reinstate this as we are paying for the phone. Originally we had used the old BT plug but since Virgin has gotten all of it's own phone lines. We are guessing that we need to now plug / run a cable direct from the router / hub as we don't have a separate phone plug for Virgin. When I plug a phone direct into the phone output it in back of the hub it has no dial tone.
The virgin website is a bit rubbish and gives no advise on possible problems. Also I guess because of Covid etc etc the phone lines are busy / shut and I can't find anywhere to get on a web chat.
