BT handset says “Check the line cord”, have been through all the usual checks, all connections, reset router (phone is connected to router) but to no avail...
Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having issues with your landline, has anything changed since you posted on Saturday or are you still experiencing issues?
We appreciate you trying diagnostics for us already and remotely looking from our end it is all showing as working as normal.
Have you been able to try another handset? It's just so we can eliminate the equipment is not causing the issue.

I tried another handset, the line is silent.
Looking in the hub home page I see the telephony is disabled...

I've been able to look into your phone services and this has needed to be raised to our 2nd line tech team
We will seek to have this resolved, this may require an engineer appointment at a later date but we will attempt to fix this remotely and get in contact with you
