Home Phone Line Faulty

Hi,

My phone line has been out of action for a week now.

I am unable to make or receive calls. There is no dial tone, just a loud buzzing, and callers get an engaged tone.

I've been unable to contact a call centre, could someone from Virgin please help.

this is just automated hell. 151 can't be used because the phone is not working. the 0345 no is useless as after 10 mins you're  informed the call centres are closed.

 

i just want my home phoneline fixed.

 

why is it impssible?
