Home Phone Issue: Reporting

Hi all, 

I was wondering if there is any way to report a home phone issue online?

We have no dial tone and when we call the home phone from a mobile it cuts out without ringing. We've asked a neighbour and she's having the same problem, so it seems to be an area fault. Have checked on service status checker online but there is nothing logged at the moment. 

I would rather not phone the call centres as we've had some negative issues with them recently, and also we're aware there is lower capacity due to COVID-19

Can you confirm if you've been able to test another phone handset?

Have carried out Virgin Media checks and also tried another working handset.

Still have problem of crackling on line and inability to get a dial tone. Waited 10 minutes on line to get a response.

What else can I do to get an engineer
