I was wondering if there is any way to report a home phone issue online?
We have no dial tone and when we call the home phone from a mobile it cuts out without ringing. We've asked a neighbour and she's having the same problem, so it seems to be an area fault. Have checked on service status checker online but there is nothing logged at the moment.
I would rather not phone the call centres as we've had some negative issues with them recently, and also we're aware there is lower capacity due to COVID-19
