Home Phone Fault

  • Can anyone from VM help me report a fault with my phone, no dial tone
  • Handset is working ok

3 days so far and thank you for checking , I'm hoping a member of the VM team will help me as all the other ways such as website , phone , chat and messager to report the fault have so far been unsuccessful

Just tried the Service Status check again and it now goes to a web page to allow me to book an engineer , never done that when I tried on each of last three days so possibly a issue with the VM web site but happy fault is now reported and VM have it in hand
