Wigan area WN4 home phone is dead again but service says ok, Virgin say it is a network issue affecting everyone so why does the service status say ok?
Spent over an hour on the phone and online for something which could have been resolved in a few seconds by a service status report.
No point in having the service status service if it is not used.

Sorry to see you've had an issue with your home phone and this has taken some time for us to respond to.
I can see that we've advised you of an outage and this has since cleared.
How's the home phone line service now? Has this now been restored?
No it has not it is off again see my latest post re this matter it is constantly out of order.
Totally brassed off with this lousy service 😞
