I was a Virgin Media customer until a few months ago. I urgently need a historic call log for my landline for a specific number that Was contacted a number of times in November 2021 . This would not show up on an ordinary phone bill as each call would only be for a few minutes in duration and therefore not chargeable . I need this information urgently as evidence for a legal matter .
I have tried many times to contact Virgin Media but without success, as my account number , email address and password are no longer recognised .
I would be grateful if you could advise me of the procedure needed to procure this evidence .
