When phone line changes how will my phone upstairs work

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community. 

Ideally, the Hub and your phone should be within 2 metres of each other. 

If you’d like your phone to be further away from the Hub, we can arrange a technician who may need to do additional wiring. Don’t worry, this won’t cost any extra.

I have a second phone upstairs how will it after switching

Thank you for that information. If the additional wiring is needed then we would be able to arrange an engineer to look into adding that so the second phone can also be used.
