Hi, my landline hasn't been working for a few weeks, no dialling tone. I've try the phone itself on a friends landline and it work, so the issue is with the line.
I obviously can't ring virgin to sort out, and don't have access to a mobile either.
How can I get Virgin to come out and fix the line, as I am still paying for it even though I can't use it.
