I received the lastest bill today. In the bill detail, there were unexpected 'Usage charges'. The bill showed that my home phone made some calls that I didn't make. I am not sure if there is a problem with system or my home phone was hacked.
I put the screenshot of unauthorised outgoing calls below:
As you can see above, all 3 calls were made to same number. The most ridiculous thing is that 2 calls were made within an 11-minute interval. How could I dial the same number again without hanging up the last call? This has already happened once about six months ago, but the charge is crazy this time. I never use this home phone to make the call or answer the call. Someone helps please. I have already contacted VirginMedia six months ago, they just didn't have solution.
