Sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having with your landline.
I have taken a look into your account and everything seems to have gone ahead as it should have done including your number transfer from your previous supplier.
Having looked further into this I have assigned this over to our 2nd line team to be checked further. They should be in touch with you by the end of today but it might be tomorrow to discuss this further and will hopefully be calling you to say that the issue has been resolved.
