So for over a month i couldn't use the landline so I called virgin yesterday morning spent 40 minutes. Due to the accent of the person from the call centre, i couldn't fully understood. She asked me if i had disabilities or require landline during a fire or power cut or something. I could hear bits, something software on my street so landline changed and they will send me a adapter. Which I'm not very happy about. I've been customer for over 10 years. Atleast let me know if you did something to change my service. I'm still using a old super hub, how am i supposed plug it in ? Not only that the bill is expensive and I'm receiving bad service.
